Check Account Summary

QUESTION

I want to check my account summary when I'm on holiday. However, since I'm not bringing my computer I don't have RockTrader PRO. Can I check my account summary without RockTrader PRO?

No, you cannot check your account summary without RockTrader PRO. You can view details such as Account Exposure, Cash Transactions, Trades Executed and Forex Rollovers etc. using our statements sent by Investors Europe.

Action Canceled

QUESTION

When I click Account > Account Summary, error message "Action Canceled" appears.

ANSWER

To solve this problem, please do the following:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools > Internet Options > Connections.
  3. Click the LAN settings button (make a note of these settings in case you have to roll back to this configuration).
  4. Remove any tick marks on the LAN settings window, except automatically detect settings.
  5. Click OK and OK.
  6. Restart RockTrader PRO and view the web modules again.

Error Accessing Content

QUESTION

I get message "Error accessing content" OR "Error accessing data" OR "You are not entitled to view this account". Account Summary can be just blank as well.

ANSWER

To show the account summary please do the following:

  1. Close RockTrader PRO.
  2. Open Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet options > Security.
  3. Click trusted sites (in green) > Click sites.
  4. Remove the tick from "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".
  5. Enter the site URL: *.iitech.dk
  6. Click Add.
  7. Repeat the steps 5 and 6 for the URLs mitsweb.iitech.dk
  8. Click OK and then OK.
  9. Close Internet Explorer.

Open RockTrader PRO and log in.

QUESTION

I have tried all the troubleshooting described above and still cannot see Account Summary

ANSWER

In order to view the Account Summary, please do the following:

  1. Close RockTrader PRO.
  2. Open Internet Explorer.
  3. Click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and under Security, make sure to tick on Use SSL 3.0.
