QUESTION

How do I know if I have the latest version of RockTrader PRO?

ANSWER

RockTrader PRO is per default set to automatically check for updates. A dialogue box will appear and notify you when an update is available. You can then choose to update immediately or wait for a more convenient time. We advice you to always download and install these updates when they appear.

You can enable RockTrader PRO to automatically install updates by clicking Tools > Options, put the tick in Automatically download available updates.

To check the current version of your RockTrader PRO, click Help > About Rocktrader PRO, the version number will appear in the top of the pop-up window as show in the screenshot:

Change Layout

QUESTION

Can I change the layout (workspace) of RockTrader PRO?

ANSWER

You can customise the layout/workspace in RockTrader PRO.

You are able to:

1. Add, edit or delete Views (with their access tabs) from the respective trade menus.
2. Add modules to a view from the respective trade menus.
3. Save changes to the workspaces from the File menu. You will also be asked if you want to save any changes when you exit RockTrader PRO.

For more information, please refer to 'Customising your trading platform' in the Help function within RockTrader PRO (press  F1 key to start the Help function).
